 26/08/10 \m/ Oh , Whaaat an AWESOMEST day it was ! So basically, 4 of us , Me , Lays , Sophie & Shaon went to the YOG Village in NTU,where the athletes lived ~ Went to schoool , as per normal , but headed straight to NTU , after the assembly . Toook Mr Ow Yong's car to there , a long 1 & a half hour ride . NTU is quite beautiful actually , with all of it's decoration & stuffs . Looks cool :) Well then , set up our booth when we arrived . We had to do a booth , displaying informations & games on the country , Oman . Yeah , it was quite FUN . We played chongkak with manymany athletes and most of 'em didn't understand it sooo well . Had a really hard time explaining , to those who can't speak English ! Haha , kecoyh :D Photos were in truckloads too , toook many piccy . I especially love the pictures , with the Singapore Cubs ! Toook with Hanafi , Ammirul & a few others . They were quite nice actually , especially Illyas . Very KIND :) I'll probably upload the pictures later , in the next post ~ Sooo anws , Mr Chew arrived soon later . I didn't PUASE that day ! Hehehee , i was sick y'know ^^ Then , ate at the caffe place . Yummmy ! The bunch of Malay Dancers didnt came today , Izah all :( Heh . Well , it eventually came to an end around 4 30 or soo . Not fair , the other past days people went till 8 30 . Pffft , soooo early ^^ It was time to pack up then . Managed to take some pics with some Negros :D Headed out of NTU , and off we went back to schoool ~ It's soooo SAD , that the YOG thing has ended . Really liked the group of YOG volunteers , Sab , Yani , Lays all . We even have our own secret handshake ^^ Hahaha . Tooo bad it's finished :( But , we still have one last outing where we'll be going to Universal Studios as there will be an Appreciation Party for the volunteers . Weeeee , can't wait ;) the end of an incredibly GREAT once in a lifetime experience . |
